10 – 12 years post qualification experience in the various areas of Security Profession with a specialization in Operations, Intelligence and Surveillance, among others
Previous experience /membership of the Nigerian Police Force or any arm of the Military or State Security Service is highly essential
Membership of both Local and International Security Association is compulsory.

- Undertake empirical research on economic and financial market in the zone
- Initiate programmes aimed at fostering financial market in the zone
- Design strategies and follow ups on the integration of capital markets in the zone
- Review and monitor the implementation of financial sector development in the zone
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
a. A minimum of First degree in Economics
b. Master degree in Economics and/or relevant Social Science
c. At least eight years working experience in relevant institutions
d. Demonstrate strong ability to work with minimum supervision
