JOB TITLE: HR EXECUTIVE, RETENTION
LOCATION: Lagos
RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Executive-Retention is responsible for employee benefits, medical, payroll, training and performance management for all staff.
The HR Executive’s job entails developing, advising and implementing policies including work practices, diversity, and employment pay conditions required by the company to ensure the retention of staff.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
B.Sc. in any social/environmental science with a minimum of 5 years post-graduate experience

A newly established government-owned public liability company is seeking qualified and exceptional candidates to fill the following executive management positions:
HEAD, POWER CONTRACTS AND POWER PROCUREMENT
DUTIES
The Head of the Power Contracts and Procurement department has overall responsibility for managing the organization’s contractual relationships with Independent Power Producers (IPPs), Distribution Companies and other power sector entities, and for directing IPP planning and procurement activities. This position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
QUALIFICATIONS
• A degree in business, economics, engineering or related degree
• At least ten (10) years of progressive experience in an energy transacting environment or related function
• Demonstrated experience managing teams as well as internal/external stakeholders.
•Ability to direct the daily operations of the Contracts and Procurement Unit, including direct supervision and development
•Experience providing -support activities to Finance- staff in the areas of fiscal management. audit, and financial reporting
• Knowledge of Nigeria or similar power and natural gas markets, electricity regulatory framework, roles System and Market Operations in electricity markets, market design, utility economics and IPP costs
• Demonstrated knowledge of commercial structuring of power contracts
• Experience negotiating power contracts or similar contracts
• Familiarity with power system planning and procurement
• Familiarity with compliance monitoring systems and document management systems
• Understanding of business ethics and integrity for the commercial contracting and procurement functions -
• Ability to drive multiple priorities with urgency, and to effectively lead and

Office For Transformation, Strategy and Delivery (OTSD) is an office recently develop in partnership with one of the leading development partners in the country with the aim of re-shaping how government functions, re-engineering its processes and systems in order to ensure implementation of government’s developmental programmes in a more effective and efficient manner.
JOB TITLE: MONITORING AND EVALUATION OFFICER
LOCATION: Lagos
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Development of M&E strategies and systems
Deploy M&E methods and approaches (including but not limited to the use of quantitative, qualitative and participatory)
Develop systematic and realistic monitoring and evaluation plans that capture quantitative and qualitative data to report on all indicator sin the Government’s agenda
Commission baseline surveys for impact assessment of Government policies and agenda.
Within 6 months of employment, work with the coordinator (delivery) to develop operational reporting templates to be used in the quarterly evaluation of MDAs and their implementation of the state’s agenda
Document and report on monitoring and evaluation results, lessons learned and best practices by the MDAs for dissemination throughout government and to all stakeholders.
Provide regular reports on progress with the CSTS process
Recommend actions that might be adopted to accelerate the implement CSTS
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Masters level education in social sciences or economics and professional certification in monitoring and evaluation systems
